What type of documents are supported?
DocsAI currently supports websites, plain text, and files such as PDFs, DOCX, and TXT. Additional document types are being developed.
Where is the document stored?
Embeddings of the document are stored in the Pinecone database in the US, while uploaded files are kept in Cloudflare R2.
What are messages?
A message is any part of a conversation between a user and the bot. Conversations can consist of multiple messages.
How to chat with my documents?
After uploading documents, navigate to Project → Your Bot and start the conversation. You can also create and share a public link.
What are credits and how are they calculated?
Credits monitor usage of services. Each answer or content piece generated consumes one credit. Conversations may also consume credits. Usage can be tracked in the DocsAI Projects Dashboard.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You still have access to unlimited text search based on the plan. To generate more answers, upgrade the plan or contact support for extra credits.
Are you using OpenAI and can I choose the model?
Yes, DocsAI uses OpenAI's GPT-3.5-turbo model. The option to choose a model is being developed.
Which languages does DocsAI support?
DocsAI supports all languages covered by the GPT-3.5 Turbo model, over 50 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Japanese. You can set the default language in project settings.
Do you provide refunds?
DocsAI does not offer refunds. You can cancel the subscription anytime to avoid future charges. It is recommended to start with a smaller plan and upgrade later.
Can I suggest better answers if I don't like the current one?
Yes, you can use the 'Suggest answer' button in chats to submit your preferred response.
